That's a lot of cocks in one place. I didn't know they were such good fliers, I've probably never seen one fly. Perhaps less noisy but similar vocalizations to sea gulls. I was even more surprised at hearing the unmistakable calls of a black-capped chickadee starting at 7:09. The one that sounds like that Simpsons "ha-ha" meme. Those cute little guys are natie to my part of the world. Perhaps then, it's a willow tit. First I heard of them.
You sure they're not peasants? According to my reading they make a fearsome racket and get up to all sorts of mischief when they are hungry. Lovely tail feathers mind you, apparently you can catch fish with them.
