It is up to him to prove his assertions. The retinal photographs he has presented do not,as far as anyone can see, do that. The changes he mentions are within the normal variations of retinal photography.
His doctorate (AFAIK) is not from a recognised university but from a known by post scam as is the professorship that he claims.
