Continuous spin field quanta are messing your fruits!
Bell inequalities are observed because these (dark) objects are measured (their spin resolved orthogonally by the experimenter) instead of an ordinary, spin 1/2 electron. The local density of dark matter and its collision cross section are such that a dark interaction occurs, on average, about 1 in 12 observations.
