To be fair, I think our twisted Firestarter is alleging that Africans, gay men (lesbians are actually less at risk than the general population), haemophilliacs and drug addicts are being targeted by some kind of population control programme masquerading as a disease (TBH, it's hard to tell). Firestarter's screed would therefore qualify as an anti-racist/anti-homophobic document.

Or to put it another way, alleging that a group is being targeted for death is not a declaration that group deserves death.
