I'm close enough to Canada to escape if need be. 
I just came back from the dentist. Cleaning, I'll need 3 small fillings, and eventually 3 crowns. Eventually all crowns if I live long enough. The cleaning and fillings will be free, I pay for insurance. My bridge cost around $3000 retail, I had to pay half iirc. There's little excuse for such a high price, though I don't blame my dentist for that.
