So far I've managed to avoid them, but I'm pretty sure that eventually I'll decide that quality of life is more important and longevity. My mom finally went on Humira for the Crohn's disease, lasted 8 more years. She always said it was worth it, but she was in her mid 70s when she finally gave in. I've got another decade till then.
