Singapore police are questioning a man who threatened to bring down a Qantas flight from Sydney to Singapore.

What are they going to ask him? To hand over the fucking mind rays immediately?

The man was restrained by flight stewards after he made threats to disrupt QF31 using mind power.

Man: I'm warning you! I'll crash this plane with my mind rays! WoooOOOOOOoooooooo!!!!!

Steward: Brett! Get the handcuffs, will ya!

According to ABC reporter Nick Luchinelli, who was onboard the flight, it seemed the middle-aged man was either under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both.

Trust me - it's the only way to survive a flight from Sydney to Singapore.

He was suffering some sort of delusion and people sitting close to him said he was threatening to use the power of his mind to bring the flight down.

I don't know who is crazier - the man saying he was going to bring the plane down or the dicks that believed him.

The stewards had to take the threat seriously

Qantas Steward's Manual: Page 38, Paragraph 4 (b): Psychic ability, mind control, Vulcan mind melds and other such magick must be taken seriously. After all, it's only sky hooks and fairy dust that is keeping your airplane in the air, and cosmic evil brain waves can disrupt that at any time. Also, everyone really pays attention when you pull the little cord and pretend to blow the little whistle before take off. Really. :silenced:

so he had his arms and legs cuffed and remained that way for the rest of the flight.

But because he was in Economy he was much more comfortable that way and his fellow passengers got jealous at the success of his brilliant ruse.

Singaporean police boarded the flight after passengers disembarked.

And were careful not to cross the streams, thus avoiding total protonic reversal.
