the photo was a doctored one .the person is not actually holding the picture. they set up some 4 sticks and used strings to tie them up . strings are visible when u see the hands which holding . next in picture eyes , ears , mouth are all drawn one . there is no neck
drawn by bad artist i think . everything is fake . actually i think they randomly took some man's picture and made the hands artificially using sticks , and settted up as he is holding this fake drawn picture. then they used ms paint to increase brightness of the fake picture.
