That's not how anything works legally.
When they attempted, numerous times, to take their claims about election fraud to the courts - that was when they needed to present evidence. But they couldn't present any evidence. Because there wasn't any. It's intriguing how you've apparently bought into one of the most absurd conspiracy theories of the modern era, yet you want to tell other people they're automatons being herded by shadowy masters. It's batshit, chap - hasn't anyone you care about told you that?
