ETA Oh found it - Rhonda Byrne. Can't find much information on the net about it though
ETA again: This review suggests that the book maybe is misusing a couple of things which come up in connection with quantum mechanics:
1 The EPR "Paradox" and
2 The Penrose Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics
