If she's mentally ill, I feel for her. If she's a charlatan, she's despicable (lots of people were badly harmed by MKUltra, after all, and to turn it into a big joke is rotten).
Mind you, there's an outside possibility that she is, indeed, an "MK-ultra child" in terms of maybe being messed up by a parent who was victim of the project. She looks to be about the right age. Never know.
