Actually, on a more serious note, if anyone is a charlatan here it is the person doing the interview. She's the one who actually has a career in this stuff. And she was leading "Erin" to thinking certain things (like that part about the black pope), almost like a reverse cold-reading or talking to the dead trick, or something.
