Why debunk her - the only people likely to take seriously seem likely to be somewhat beyond logical argument.
Even if she just had those skills, she should be able to make lots of money, and get incredibly famous.
Selling her DNA to biomed companies.
Being a kick-ass magician - actually disappearing live on camera.

Let me know when she's living in one of many mansions, with her own private jet.
Assuming she needs a jet and can't just teleport everywhere.
When she goes to a parallel universe, does she do a Terminator and arrive naked, or can she take stuff with her?
Has she ever brought anything back that we can't yet make here?
