There are a few "things" that go to make up "everything" we currently understand. "Electric" isn't even one of those things. Instead, electromagnetism mediated by photon exchange combined with two other forces and their quanta go to describing the boson and fermion nature of what we observe as "Standard Model" entities. Next, we have a description of the gravitational force distinct from this but that includes a term that fits our observations of accelerated universal expansion. Finally, so far, we have observed nothing to match the effects of the so-called Dark Matter that holds stars in their galaxies and passes, unhindered through all the Standard Model matter during galactic collisions.
Slightly different to what, is your guess?
