51.1% of the US's c.330 million population are women according to the most recent census, so, if we take the claim above at face value, it should rightly read something like...
- "Just 1,686,300 women obtain an abortion because they became pregnant through rape, and less than 843,150 do so because of incest, according to the Guttmacher Institute."
