Would anyone be making all this fuss if it was a cheap Mills & Boon paperback that escaped combustion? Or, for that matter, a copy of Richard Dawkins' The God Delusion? No. But because it happens to be a copy of the mythology that so many uneducated morons masturbate over in America, we're supposed to regard this as "significant".
