The full verse (I had to look it up):

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Don't a lot of christians already claim that all the old testament has been "fulfilled?" In terms of prophecy? Or am I misreading that?
