Oh, you could take every chunk of rock that rests above, say, less than 500 meters below sea level, toss it into the ocean basins, and there would not be a speck of rock less than 500 meters below the surface of a very wide ocean.
You'd have to leave Mount Ararat untouched, though.
And then you'd have to re-establish the previous geography. It doesn't have to be an exact copy, but still, that's a lot of work each way. Will God have enough time in between making billions and billions of rainbows? He keeps having to remind himself to not create another planet-wide flood, as you know.
