Which would include his need for teleological thinking. Much like creationists reiterate the bullscotty that "we have never seen a dog produce a non-dog", these types of standards are solely created to never be met by what he describes. This is basically to make sure that creationists can never admit when they are wrong. All of this is just moving the goalposts at the end of the day.
