Not sure what everyone else is seeing (except the cow, once they see it), but I now see both the cow, and what seems to me to be an X-ray of a skull, possibly ape or human, from the left side. The eye socket being the 'cow's' right ear (the large dark patch on the left of the image), and the 'fence' being the teeth of the skull. I apologize if this is self evident to most people.
