Lousy decision on the part of the school, but why did the Coxes rush to file a lawsuit? Only makes the school dig in their heels. The school's lawyer convinced the judge that the court had no jurisdiction over disciplinary measures taken against Erin. The Coxes should have gone to the court of public opinion first.
