I think it's a good idea if properly implemented. By "properly implemented" I mean somebody else pays for it, not me. I already pay for 12 years of school, and they come out unable to read on a 3rd grade level. Giving them two more years to throw spitballs at each other isn't going to do them any good, but it might help keep a few of them off the streets.
