I would be interested in hearing how the kids feel about the trophies? While not directly on topic, my parents were I guess (because I never asked them) also proud when I was getting trophies and unproud when I stopped getting them. When I was a young kid trophies meant little to me because they were not free candies and I did not understand context. Then there was period when I was highly competitive and wanted them bad. And then came the moment when I realized they were meaningless to me, they were not worth what it took to get them, which was the time I stopped getting them and parents became unproud.

Anyway, how do the kids feel about displaying them? Because I did not really care to display mine.
