We have found living presumed extinct millions of years ago fossils.

Flocks of dinosaurs did survive, we see their descendants every day in almost all parts of the world, including most certainly loch ness. If you're suggesting some kind of aquatic species also survived but only in a specific region, it's just about possible I suppose, but you'd have to think the lack of evidence in this era of camera phones suggests it's unlikely, when compared to the number of alleged sightings.

Whether the descendants of such a species would remain similar to whatever existed at the time is unlikely. Sharks today are rather similar to those around at the time, but many other species (the aforementioned birds) are not.
