The OP needs help. They do not need us to indulge them. They need to be encouraged away from here to where help can be found. Fallible has already made that point and suggesting that someone get help is very opposite of insensitive.
And it doesn't matter if the OP is in the UAE or anywhere else in the world where getting this help might be challenging. We are not in a position to help them.
