Very cool. I've only had venison a couple times. I would think we'd have deer farms here too, but I'm not aware of any. I've seen a package or two at the store, usually kept in the exotic meat section next to the rugrat steaks we Americans are so fond of (we're evil and eat our young you know).

Is venison popular there? Here, it's mostly just a hunter thing (and people who know hunters). Or, maybe I just hang around the wrong people. How does the price compare to your beef?
