As an aside, I did a Native American peyote/sweat lodge thing back in my hippie days. We were told we would have a vision of our spirit animal. Other people got stuff like lions, eagles, cougars, and bears. I got an Emperor Penguin.
Maybe there's something to this lucid reality dreaming stuff.
