Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that there was no concept of hell in the Muslim religion, also that they have no problem with agnostic atheism, only with those who positively assert that there is no god, or (especially) those who have abandoned the faith.
While the death penalty for apostacy disgusts me I understand their justification for it, if a genuine believer found a convincing argument for leaving the faith, from their point of view it would jeopordise the souls of all the faithful who are exposed to it.
