To be fair, it does appear to be on Kuwait's version of some shitty daytime TV show, and even in the West, they are full of examples of crackpots selling bullshit cures without any scrutiny from the presenters. It's just that in Kuwait, they've added a bit of homophobia into the mix, because that's just a normal thing over there.
