I personally would keep the ".org" but perhaps we could take it more to the background. Your other adjustments are great. I changed my original files accordingly (click here for demo).
The symbol in A and B looks a bit like a stylized human laying down. How would it be to stand it up? My favorite is C. I'm not sure what it symbolizes, but it looks very nice.
