I'm with Life, i don't think you can copyright the Mobius strip. Caution should obviously be taken for everything though. I'm no lawyer but that Logo isn't technically a mobius strip because its not continuous, I'll ignore the fact that it just looks like an infinity sign (although again, not infinite). Just having a similar shape logo isn't a breach of copyright, unless of course they do look similar and confusion between is likely.
