Yes, it's hard to reconcile the peacefulness of the Sufi mystic & whirling dervishes, with the wild-eyed, murderous fanaticism of the AK47-weilding jihadist. But then Christianity has it's murderers of abortion doctors on one side, and Quakers on another. I think religion just gives bad people an excuse to be bad.
