I don't understand the question. Humans and other animals are complex organisms which consist of billions of complex molecules which are chemically bonded together. If you don't understand chemical bonding then I'd suggest you start with a simpler question or maybe peruse the wikipedia pages on "ionic bonding" and "covalent bonding" for a bit of background.

Atoms are only "made" via fission or fusion reaction, this does not take place in the human body, instead our bodies take large agglomerations of atoms bonded together in the form of proteins, amino acids and so forth and rearrange them. Atoms join and leave the human body as part of a larger structure. A single cell of skin that flakes off contains billions of atoms.
