It will take a rather unpleasant outbreak before that happens. Nobody fogs for mozzies any more, at least around here. When I was a kid the trucks came round all the time at night, but then DDT and raptors and all that stuff. I did call the country two summers ago when they got particularly bad, they came around and sprayed all around my house and a couple of neighbors. Seriously reduced the population for a couple of weeks, but they eventually come back.

I've got one of those mosquito traps that run off a CO2 cylinder, and also has an attractant. Kills a lot of them, but also does in lots of other species.
