KiR is merely being overly dramatic. While it is true that he needs to refocus his attention to less self destructive behaviors. These grandiose public declarations and loudly broadcast personal goals have proven to be self defeating and simply add to the depression and self loathing that occur upon each relapse and makes recovery more and more difficult.
