"Get help" is not a diagnosis, it's someone advising you to get help, because something is clearly ailing you.

They (and I'll bet my bottom dollar you were one of them SAM) might not have been specific in their diagnosis, but they diagnosed mental illness nevertheless.

 You've admitted mental illness yourself, frequently referring to it, including documented attempts to give up drink and drugs which you were misusing, talking about how you feel devoid of purpose and motivation, and your chaotic existence. People seem to regularly punch you. Your door gets kicked in. You know someone for a month and are diagnosing them with a personality disorder. You get shit faced and post nonsensical rants in a bizarre patois, crash threads with shit music videos and when no one pays you any attention, or someone dares say something you don't like, you fly off the handle and start insulting them. Hint - this all is not the behaviour of a well person. Why don't you take some responsibility, instead of acting like a dick then berating everyone else for noticing that something's not right?

I mean why are you up all night, trying not to be wrong on the internet when you clearly are and getting arsey with people? Why do you need to do this at 3 o'clock in the morning? Please, just think.
