Yes, a few weeks ago I have commented on the dearth of moderators who have actually logged on recently here.

That too is something I agree with. It was not even KiR's error. The error consists of the database not being sufficiently sandboxed. That is to say, the error lies in the software and nobody doing anything about it. Looking at the very bottom line on the index page, which says "phpBB © 2010 rationalskepticism.org", my guess is that the forum's software has not been updated since the forum's inception eight years ago. Makes me wonder how many security issues remain unfixed.
In closing, looks like the recent posts here could do with hiving off to a separate thread.
