Don't get me wrong, there's some fun/enjoyment to be had at the movies or on your console/pc/.whatever. But, if you're anything like me then you'll acknowledge that you're using those things to kill time and that whilst using them you're often far from content/happy.
My point isn't that there's no joy to be had in time. My point is that for the most part, there's no joy to be had in time. Therefore, I contend [that for the most part] you too are killing time, as also time is killing you.
