From 1984, If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stomping on a human face - forever. You'll have to forgive me, I just reread it for the first time in probably 30 years, hits too close to home for comfort. The other quote that struck me was "in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act".
