And since you asked : sadists and psychopaths and some children would definitely kill an an animal for a picture
They would not actually need the picture they would just kill for the sake of killing because that is their nature
Also art lovers who value art more than animals would have no qualms about killing it either

Animals are nothing special because some would kill other human beings for it as well and so
anyone who saved the dog might be spending the rest of their life looking over their shoulder

I myself would refuse to take part in such a loaded scenario because it is not one I could win regardless of whatever I did
So put me up against a wall with a bullet to the brain if you have to but I am not destroying art or killing life for anybody
