d: NA* since my lessons were from TV, job, books, papers, flatmates I'd guess majority

Yes

Since around 1995 on the Internet relatively often.

At the time in question 100%, now around 50% of all media and No.


Essentially self-learner, or rather child-learner .. hear or see something, not in class but in environment, and repeat it like a monkey.
