There are plenty of them in the country, working for the EU, or in the financial district, or attending the international school (as we frequently hear when we pass it on the bus at certain times of day), but I rarely encounter them.
I wonder if they are leaving? You cant work for the EU while not being a citizen of a member state.
Of course next to native English speakers the French tend to be the next in the queue for the lack of language skill stakes.
