Not likely. if you can pull a 4.0 every semester for the rest of your college career you'd hit about a 3.0. Depends on exactly how long you've got left and what your cumulative average is now. However, you can get better than a 4.0 by taking honors courses, so it might be barely possible. This means science, though, honors levels humanities or arts stuff won't do you any good at all. However, you won't get into a U.S. med school with a 3.5. My nephew barely got into med school with a 4.17 average and massive amounts of extra stuff like volunteer work and discovering two new species of mushrooms in the North Carolina mountains (any sciency stuff counts a lot). It's very difficult to get in and even harder to stay in. Count on 100 hour weeks for the entire time you're there. Basically we'll see him at Christmas for the next 10 years or so, till he finishes his residency. Maybe longer, if he ends up in neurosurgery as he's considering.
