Never heard of Access, and haven't used Outlook since the mid 1990s.

Proficiency in any single suite is unnecessary. What is needed is a proficiency in word processing, in presentations and so on.

As for fucking Excel - what a heap of shit that is. I detest spreadsheets (it's a dyslexia thing), and hate Excel more than any other such program I've tried.
