The female form of "Thor" (Tor in Swedish) is "Thora" (Tora; real name but quite rare).

The names Tove and Tova are the result of sound changes that have applied to the name Þórfríðr, which meant "beautiful Thor". For non-Scandos reading this, these are female names, except Tove is a "slightly" gender-neutral name: there's a few men by that name in Sweden. (Might be that the similarity to male name Ove somehow licenses such a thing).
