Comet PanSTARRS is near the Edge, taken on January 13, 2018 per the Explanation.
Compare this to the APOD from February 12, 2018 whose Explanation says that the comet is moving towards the top of the image. If so, then obviously this image was taken after January 13th, although I do not see a specific date given.
