But I couldn't finish the book, he seemed to of ripped off I Am Legend (the book not the film), where the zombies were just a new type of human.
I haven't got around to The Stand, but I never got why some people criticize it for the religious stuff when they're okay with the vampires, eldritch abominations, aliens, etc.
...or is there more to the criticism than that?
