Reading this. I've read a few of his, and it's always an...ahem... experience. Whatever the topic, his mind just sends you on a crazy white water ride. This one is a hard science fiction, post-apocalyptic novel, telling the tale of the struggle to keep the human race alive after the planet is destroyed. I'm 3/4 of the way through, and it has only now become apparent to me what the title is about.
