I’m not really sure how I feel about this one. I like the concept. The list of names gave me chills (although curious that George Floyd was missing even though this was published a year after his death). I hated the tongue in cheek tone throughout. I guess I feel like it could have been (and should have been) treated with more reverence. And I hate when people who don’t understand the Southern accent try to mimic one. Especially in this case. It was way too OTT. It was torturous.
