I've just read the essays and speculations on who Jon's parents are, and I have to say if they're right about the last one then that would be fucking awesome, and it would explain a lot of things in the book. I'd also have to credit George RR Martin with coming up with one of the most epic, and subtly hinted at, storys for a character. I'm waiting with bated breath for the reveal now.
